Designs by Vitali · Meridian, Idaho
General Contracting in the Boise area.
A construction project brings many decisions together: the scope, materials, sequencing, and the finished result. Designs by Vitali is a Meridian-based construction design-build firm serving the Greater Boise area with general contracting, remodeling, and new construction.
One project, a coordinated plan
General contracting connects the individual parts of a build. For a homeowner, that might mean coordinating a renovation with new cabinetry and interior finishes. For a commercial customer, it starts with defining the work needed at the property. Describe the whole project when you contact us, including any work that depends on another stage being completed first.
Project scope
- Residential construction and renovations
- Commercial construction and remodeling
- New homes and additions
- Interior, exterior, and outdoor improvements
What to consider before your estimate
Bring any available plans, photos, and a list of priorities to the initial discussion. Identify the property location, how the space is used, and whether it will remain occupied. Scope, site conditions, material selections, and applicable approvals need to be considered before an estimate can meaningfully describe the work.
From the first discussion to the finished work
- 01
Discuss your property, goals, and the parts of the project that need to work together.
- 02
Review the proposed scope and material decisions before agreeing on a plan and estimate.
- 03
Coordinate the build around the agreed scope and review the finished work.
